By accessing or using Batchim ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the Service

Batchim provides Korean reading speed training tools. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• Use automated tools to access the App

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials confidential.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features are available through in-app purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Batchim or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that learning outcomes will be achieved.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Batchim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
